Peterhead OAP Club will be resuming their packed programme of events again after the summer break next week.

The club will welcome members back as from Monday, September 8, and all old and new members aged 55 years and over are very welcome.

There are a host of different activities for men and women and all come with a welcome cup of tea.

Each activity is held at the club’s base which can be found at 21 Windmill Street, Peterhead.

Bowling will take place in the upstairs hall from 2-3.45pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.

Ceildh and social dancing will be held on Tuesdays from 2-4pm.

All Peterhead women are welcome along to the ladies nights, which will take place on Wednesdays from 7-9pm.

The club’s popular line dancing sessions will make a return on Thursdays from 3-4pm on a fortnightly basis.

Monthly whist and bingo evenings (from 7-9pm) will be held and advertised nearer the time so keep a lookout in the Buchanie for more details.

The club is encouraging new members to go along and enjoy the facilities and entertainment on offer while making new friends in the process.
