The next Muckle Market in Peterhead’s Broad Street on Saturday, July 25 will bring yet another family-orientated element to the fun-filled activities of Scottish Week.
In addition to the Scottish Week carnival parade, which begins at 2pm, the popular market in the town centre will run from 10am till 3pm at the lower end of Broad Street.
Hosted by the Here For You Partnership, the Muckle Market will boast an array of stalls and attractions for everyone to enjoy.
Stalls will offer everything from bows, headbands, babywear, handmade jewellery and model kits, candles, handbags and much, much more.
There will also be a range of purses, cards, keepsakes, cushions, confectionery and preserves.
Weather-permitting the Peterhead RC Oval Racing Club will be staging demonstrations of their cars.
And Buchanness RC Yacht Club will also have a static display on the day which is sure to pull the crowds.
There will be entertainment throughout the day and for the kids, Star Jump Leisure will be on hand with bouncy castles and other inflatable fun.
Providing a helping hand will be the youngsters of Theatre Modo.
They will be stiltwalking between the market and their own activities which will be taking place in Drummers Corner.
There is still some stall availability for the July event so if any crafters, traders or community groups wish to book their stalls – costing £20 - they should call the organisers on 01779 478950 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure that your request is submitted before the closing day of by Friday, July 17.
