Two health walks have been organised as part of National Self Management week.
The walks are aimed at those who would like to get a bit more active to support their health, those who are recovering from an operation or who have a long term health condition, or those who are simply looking for an opportunity to be more active.
It is also a great opportunity to meet others.
The walks will be graded for different levels of ability and will finish with a cup of tea and a biscuit.
Both walks will have a friendly, trained leader to show participants the way.
The Peterhead Health Walk will start at The Healthpoint at The Hot Spot on Kirk Street on Tuesday, September 29 at 11am.
