THE SATURDAYS are set to perform in Peterhead this summer as part of a concert in aid of charity.
The event will be held at Balmoor Stadium which will raise funds for MacMillan Cancer Support and Peterhead Football club.
This will be the chart topping girl groups first visit to the Blue Toon on the 16th of June.
The girls will be the headline act with rock band Kasiuss and local loon Stephen Innes also performing at the event.
The Saturdays were formed in 2007 and consist of Una Healy, Mollie King, Frankie Sandford, Vanessa White and Rochelle Wiseman. The group have had 10 top ten singles since there formation.

Trawlermen star and Peterhead F.C supporter John Buchan said:“I think this is an innovative idea from the people involved with the football club. It will be great for the town, and the area. Even I have heard of The Saturdays, and I hope everyone turns out in huge numbers to give this event the support it deserves”.
