Ever wanted to run away and join the circus? This month, you can do just that without the thought of travelling with a spotted napkin and broom handle.
The highly rated Theatre Modo group is holding events in both Fraserburgh and Peterhead for children aged 11-18-years-old to get involved with circus acts and make the most of their holidays!
CircoModo will travel to Fraserburgh’s Dalrymple Hall on Monday, April 2, hosting the training sessions from 10am ‘till 4:30pm until Thursday, April 5.
The group will them pack up and travel to Peterhead for circus fun at the Practice Hall, Peterhead Community Centre, 10am ‘till 4:30pm, from Monday, April 9, to Friday, April 13.
Taking part is completely free and open to any young person aged 11-18-years-old from Aberdeenshire. Take part in either week, or both!
Please remember to wear loose, comfortable clothes and indoor shoes for the workshops, and to bring water and a packed lunch or lunch money.
What’s more, each week of training will end with a short show at 4pm on the final day, putting the skills learned, juggling to creating a human pyramid, to use for your friends and family to see.
