A host of events awaits at Aden

Aden Park in Mintlaw will be staging a host of family fun events over the next few months.

First up is The Spokesmen by Visible Fictions, which will take place on June 29 and 30 and July 1. Get on your bike for a theatre experience with a difference which will celebrate the great outdoors in Aden Country Park. This hilariously heart-warming tale will take you on a whirl wind tour of discovery.

The popular Wild About Aden will be held on July 15 and 16, while this year’s Ugie Folk Festival will take place at the park on Saturday, July 26.

A host of pipe bands will be battling it out at this year’s Aden Pipe Band competition, which will take place on Sunday, August 10.

Later that month the Aden Youth Music Festival will be staged on Saturday, August 30, followed by NEOS at Aden which runs from Saturday, September 6 to Sunday, September 14.

This year’s Aden Homecoming Fair will be held from Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28, while the popular vintage tractor working day will take place on Sunday, September 28.

The year will end with the spooky Hallowe’en at Aden Country Park on Friday, October 31.
