What happened to... the Scotland U19s Euro Championship finalists?

Scotland U19s beat Germany this week, so we look at another U19s team that ended up playing in the European Championships final back in 2006.

They were beat 2-1 by a Spain side that had Gerard Pique, Juan Mata and Javi Garcia but where are these Scots players now?

Had spells with Hibs, Montrose, Raith Rovers and Livingston amongst others. Spent time in New Zealand with Waibop United before returning to Scotland to play for Alloa and Airdrieonians. Now a goalkeeping coach in China.
Came through the ranks at Norwick City but never forced his way into the first team. Played in the U20 World Cup and joined Leyton Orient in 2008, making a few appearances. Released in 2010 before playing non-league football.
Started out at Celtic but never made a first team appearance before being a regular at Swindon, Leyton Orient and Luton Town. Now at League Two Stevenage where he is the captain after winning three of the four club awards last year
Began at Hearts where he woud play for seven years before joining Rangers. Helped the club get promotion from League Two to the Premiership before his relationship with the club turned sour. 10 caps for Scotland. Now at QPR.
Came through the ranks at Kilmarnock before serious injury derailed his career. Was forced to take two years out. Returned to football to play for Wigtown and Bladnoch before being picked up by Ayr United where he currently plays.
Started out at Celtic but never played a competitive game, joined Swindon and helped them gain promotion to League One under Paolo Di Canio. Had stints with Portsmouth and Dundee, and has been at Peterhead since 2015.
Came through at Dundee United made a number of appearances but was loaned out to various clubs inlcuding Partick Thistle, and Raith Rovers. Joined Brechin City between 2013 and 2015 before ending up at Montrose. Released in 2016.
Another Celtic youngster who had plenty of promise but injury ended his pro career at 24. Had pelvic and groin injuries and eventually quit. Played briefly for Dundee and East Stirlingshire.
Made his name at Dundee and helped them win promotion to the Premiership after starting out at Celtic. Played for Raith for a season, before spells with Airdrieonians and Queen of the South. Now at Peterhead.
Tipped for big things at Celtic but failed to break through. Played with Motherwell. Plying his trade in Australia with Central Coast Mariners after spell with Wellington Phoenix. Capped 52 times for New Zealand.
Made the breakthrough at Hearts and played more than 100 times. Loaned to Motherwell, Livingston and Dundee inbetween. Brief time in Lithuania. Returned to Scotland with Alloa and Raith Rovers. Now Tynecastle player-manager.
Started out at Celtic but the goalkeeper is better known for his spells at Ross County and Partick Thistle, winning the Scottish Championship with both clubs. After four years at Staggies, he's now back at Firhill.
Started at Miotherwell and played more than 200 games for the Steelmen. Joined Sheffield Wednesday and made a handful of appearances before signing for Aberdeen where he'd become a Scottish Cup finalist. Now at Dundee United.
Made his name at Dundee United, won two caps for Scotland and the Scottish Cup during an eight-year spell at the club. Injury curtailed his career, had spells in Australia and Latvia before ending up at Brechin and the juniors.
Began at Rangers but didn't make a first team appearance. Played for a few different clubs including Haka in Finland and KA in Iceland. Brief spell with Stenhousemuir and spent five years at Ayr before being released in 2018.
Missed the final but still played his part. Broke through at Hibs and played over 150 league games scoring 43 goals. Moves to Burnley, Wolves and Sunderland soon followed, also a stint at Marseille. Now at Sheffield Wed, 33 caps.
Recently announced his international retirement with 28 caps. Made the breakthrough at Livingston before earning a move to Leeds United. Also played for Norwich, Hull and a loan spell at Aston Villa, and is currently at West Ham.
