Peterhead will keep the bulk of last seasons squad in tact for the new campaign but three key players have not yet agreed new deals.
Shane Sutherland, Leighton McIntosh and Nathan Blockley have yet to commit their futures to the Blue Toon.
The trio were all signed on one-year deals last summer and have been constant fixtures in the Peterhead starting line up.
McIntosh, who joined from Montrose, scored 13 times in 35 appearances for Peterhead last season.
Fellow striker Sutherland, who had been with Elgin prior to joining the ranks at Balmoor, also helped the cause with 13 goals.
Blockley, a midfielder by trade, found himself helping out at the back towards the end of the season during Peterhead’s defender shortage and put in some good performances at right back.
He had previously been with Airdrieonians where he made 100 appearance over a four year spell.
The players will all return for pre-season training today before the first fixture of the new season, a friendly against Montrose on July 5, and manager Jim McInally will be hoping to have his squad in place as soon as possible.
They will be without Ally Gilchrist, who has returned to parent club St Johnstone after his loan spell, and Scott Ferries who has been released for a venture in America.
McInally has also bolstered his defensive ranks with the addition of former Aberdeen defender Scott Rumsby who has signed on after leaving Stranraer.
Rumsby will join up with the squad once he is free of his current contract at the start of next month.
In other news, the fixtures for the first round group stage of the new look Betfred Scottish League Cup have been released.
Peterhead will host two Tuesday night games against Forfar Athletic and Dundee and will face Saturday away trips to Dumbarton and East Fife.
