Officers from the North East Division Proactive Unit executed a drug search warrant at an address in the Peterhead area on Thursday October 20, as part of an intelligence led operation.
As a result controlled drugs with a 'Street' value of around £2,000 were recovered.
A 54-year-old male and a 33-year-old male from the Peterhead area were arrested for being concerned in the supply of Heroin and Cocaine along with possession of Diazepam. A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal and both men are expected to appear at Peterhead Sheriff Court today (Friday October 21).
Detective Constable Richard Cooper, of the North East Division Proactive Unit, said: "We will continue to robustly combat crimes involving drugs as a priority under Operation Aspen, ensuring the North East is a hostile place for this type of unwanted activity.
