The annual Peterhead Scottish Week church service proved extremely popular last Sunday.

The event, which was held in the town’s Old Parish Church, was attended by members of the Scottish Week Committee, local dignitaries, this year’s Buchan Queen, Natasja Kaminski and princesses Stacy Robson and Ashley Mae Stephen, and special guests, the Can Am Pipes & Drums.

The combined Church of Scotland service included Rev. Abi Ngunga from Peterhead’s St. Andrew’s Church, and a large congregation enjoyed traditional hymns, Bible readings and some words of encouragement from Rev Ngunga.
