Alex Salmond MP MSP and Christian Allard MSP have welcomed the latest weekly figures which show more than 95 percent of patients were seen within four hours of admission to Accident and Emergency (A&E) departments across core sites in NHS Grampian.
The figures show that 95.1 percent of patients admitted to A&E departments across NHS Grampian were seen within four hours.
This is the third consecutive week that more than 95 percent of patients have been seen within the four hours across the health board.
Mr Salmond and Mr Allard welcomed this continued and consisted progress in the face of tough challenges and thanked the staff for their efforts.
Mr Salmond said:“It is great to see staff at NHS Grampian continuing to achieve the SNP Government’s ambitious targets.
“I must thank all the staff who have made this possible.”
Mr Allard added: “Thanks to the tireless work of NHS Grampian staff and support from the Scottish Government, we are seeing much improvement in the delivery of reduced waiting times.”
