The intermittent rain failed to deter the family fun at this year’s Asco Picnic in the Park on Sunday.
Hundreds headed down to Eden Park to join in the fun and games on offer from 12 noon to 4pm as part of the Scottish Week Sunday programme.
There were a host of kids inflatables, Highland and belly dancing displays, classic picnic games, zorbing and live music.
Youngsters from the Serana Wilson School of Dance braved the difficult conditions to show off their superb skills, while a host of stalls were kept busy throughout the afternoon.
There was also music from the pipe band who provided a Scottish flavour to this year’s event.
