A leading North-east leasing firm has shown its commitment to a North-east cancer charity by raising a five figure sum through various fundraising events.
Aberdeen Property Leasing (APL), which has been servicing the North-east with leasing options for more than 35 years, has successfully managed to raise over £15,000 for cancer support charity, CLAN, with employees and the company taking part in different fundraising activities throughout last year.
As APL’s chosen charity for 2013, the ladies of APL decided to support CLAN’s Landmark Walk, which saw them tackling a 13-mile route around 30 prominent spots and landmarks throughout Aberdeen.
The men of APL also did their part by ditching their shaving routines to showcase a new tenant above their upper lip for Movember.
Both activities managed to raise nearly £3000, and the company promised to double each total.
