The Peterhead branch of the RNLI hosted its annual Buttery Morning on Wednesday as part of Peterhead Scottish Week.
The fundraiser - which was held at the town's Palace Hotel - was attended by around 140 guests who enjoyed butteries and fine pieces, as well as the usual teas and coffees.
The event usually raises more than £1,000 to help the lifeboat carry out its life-saving work at sea.
Commenting, Paula Geary, fundraising chairperson for the RNLI Peterhead, said: "It's always really busy. It's great to see the community coming out to support the lifeboat.
"The RNLI is a charitable organisation so it's great to see people supporting the lifeboat like this.
"A big thank you as well to all the volunteers."
