Aberdeen Foyer’s Peterhead Prince’s Trust Team 38 held their final presentation ceremony at The Apex Church recently.
Team members delivered presentations about their time on the programme and told the audience about their own personal journeys.
Over the last 12 weeks, the team members attended a five-day outward bounds course in Newtonmore, carried out a three-week community project at the Landale Gardens and successfully completed two-week work placements.
The Team also recently completed their Team Challenge, in which they worked at Roanheads Sheltered Housing complex chatting with the residents, spent a day at Apex Church making Soups and Sweets for the local community to enjoy and also planned an open day at the Landale Gardens that was called off due to the weather.
The Team’s presentation marked the end of their journeys on the Prince’s Trust Team Programme and they wish to take this opportunity to express thanks to work placement providers and organisations and local people who have supported the team during the last 12 weeks.
The 11 members of the team have now finished the programme with nationally recognised qualifications.
The Prince’s Trust Team Programme is delivered in North Aberdeenshire by Aberdeen Foyer in partnership with North East Scotland College.
Team 39 started their 12-week programme on Monday, May 23.
