Pupils from Burnhaven School have hosted their annual variety show which was held at the Community Centre in Peterhead.
The pupils delivered a fantastic evening of singing, dancing and jokes to scores of parents and family members in the Community Centre theatre recently.
The children had worked hard to put together their acts, which included Highland dancing as well as singing by the school choir.
There were a number of solo musical performances including renditions of Uptown Funk, Tomorrow and I Dreamed A Dream.
And, to everyone’s delight, P1/2 pupils serenaded the audience with their version of the popular Frozen song ‘Let It Go’.
The school’s prefects also played a major role in the production of the show, with the lights, sound, video and backing tracks all being organised by the pupils.
Commenting on the performance, Head Teacher Ann-Louise Murray said: “This is my last concert.
“I will be very sad to leave the school. It has been an honour and a privilege to work with these young people and them as they develop in confidence.
“The performance they put on tonight was outstanding, I’m very proud of each of them.
“I’d like to thank the parents of Burnhaven School for the support over the last five years,” she added.
