Pupils from across Buchan celebrated Comic Relief recently by getting funny for money.
Some went to school dressed in red, while others decided to have crazy hair!
Burnhaven pupils chose to get their faces painted thanks to parent helpers and volunteers.
Each pupil brought a donation in order to dress down and take part in the face painting and the school managed to raise a total of £200.60.
Over at Meethill School, pupils took part in various Red Nose Day themed activities including baking and colouring.
The school’s Nursery children got to join in with the fun too by dressing in red.
Meethill School raised £259.58.
Finally, pupils at Port Erroll School in Cruden Bay held their own face painting activity with a twist as the pupils decided to paint their teachers’ face!

At the end of the fun day it was revealed that Port Erroll had raised £315.
