Peterhead Academy S3 drama pupils recently performed their devised short plays at Central Primary School.
Both classes have been working on creating stories and characters suitable for an audience of children aged 3-5.
It is a challenge, in the multi-media age, to focus the attention of such young minds on a piece of original story telling.
However these young performers excelled their own expectations by engaging and entertaining their audiences.
The primary and nursery pupils also offered their opinions after the performance during a short discussion.
Irene Adams from the drama staff said: “It was a very worthwhile experience for both age groups and one we hope to repeat many times in the future.”
