Are you interested in giving something back to your community and would like to volunteer for a job with a difference?
If the answer is yes, you should consider becoming a Special Constable - a trained volunteer who supports and assists regular Police Officers in their duties.
They are a valuable resource and can augment and provide additional support to Community Policing Teams and communities.
Police Scotland will be holding an information session in Aberdeen on Wednesday, November 6 from 7pm to 9pm.
PC Myrtle Thomson, explained: “Sessions will include information on the recruitment process and criteria; what training is involved; the application form and give an opportunity to meet serving Special Constables for a chat.
