Drinks raid at Nazma restaurant

Peterhead’s Nazma Restaurant was targeted by thieves early on Thursday morning.

Police Scotland are investigating the break-in to the popular Indian restaurant on Queen Street at around 3.45am.

Three men, aged approximately 18-19 years, were reported to have been seen running away from the premises after being disturbed.

Various bottles of spirits were taken alopng with a small amount of cash.
