A leading North-east recruitment company has been awarded an internationally recognised certification, due to its commitment in delivering a quality service.
Genesis Personnel has recently secured its ISO 9001 accreditation, following a comprehensive audit by DNV GL which assessed its quality systems and processes in the organisation.
The recruitment company has been working toward the ISO 9001 accreditation for the past six months and has been recognised for its customer-focused approach and thorough processes, including its interview structure and selection criteria of candidates.
ISO 9001 is the world’s most recognised quality standard for organisations that prove their ability to consistently provide products and services that meet the needs of their customers and other relevant stakeholders. The standard is based on a number of quality management principles including a strong customer focus, leadership, involvement of people, the process approach and continual improvement.
Managing director of Genesis Personnel, Wendy Marr, said: “Securing this ISO certification is a great achievement for the Genesis Personnel team and highlights our commitment in providing an excellent service to both our clients and candidates.”
