The Blue Toon has been experiencing a power cut today, leaving 231 properties without power.
Engineers from power supplier SSE are currently on the scene at a Peterhead underground network, which went out at around 10.30am.
They are aiming to have all supplies restored by 1.30pm.
A spokesperson for Scottish Hydro Electric Power Distribution (SHEPD) said: “We apologise to customers for the disruption and inconvenience caused by this power cut.
“SHEPD would like to reassure them that engineers are working hard to restore supplies as soon as it is possible to do so.”
It is not yet known what caused the shortage.
