Banff and Buchan College will host its annual Oil & Gas Event on Thursday, February 17 - aimed at providing information for people interested in a career in the industry.
This year the event will take place at Fraserburgh Academy due to the ongoing refurbishment at the college’s main Broch campus.
The annual event, which will run from 6pm to 8pm, provides an opportunity for people to go and speak to college staff and top industry employers about a career in the industry
Assistant principal David Cook, who is responsible for the Engineering, Technology and Renewables Department, said: “The event is an ideal chance to speak to college staff and potential employers at the same time so that people can find out about what careers are on offer and what qualifications they will need to pursue them.”
Further information on the event and a list of employers who will be attending is available from the college website www.banff-buchan.ac.uk via a link on the home page.
