The New Pitsligo branch of Bank of Scotland will be one seven to close across the North-East.
Macduff and Portsoy are among the other branches which also include ones in Aberdeen, Cullen, Fochabers and Aberlour.
Twenty-three branches in total will shut in Scotland with falling customer demand and overlap with other branches cited as reasons for the closures.
A Bank of Scotland spokesperson said: "In 2014 Lloyds Banking Group announced a three year strategy, which included a programme of planned branch closures. As part of this strategic review, we can confirm today that Bank of Scotland will be closing 23 branches."
They added: "We are currently reviewing our existing mobile branch service to enable us to continue to support our customers in rural communities when these branches close.
"Once the full details of the route and timetable have been finalised, we will update customers and colleagues."
The company have said that there will be no compulsory job losses due to the closures and they aim to "edeploy everyone currently working at a closing branch to alternative Bank of Scotland branches".
