TO MARK the beginning of British Summer Time, Aberdeenshire Council’s ranger service is launching its new summer events programme, including walks, mini-beast safaris and rock pool rummages.
From mountain to sea the ranger service works throughout Aberdeenshire helping everyone make the most of their cultural, social and natural heritage.
The rangers organise events and activities, many of which are free to attend, to help people learn more about the environment, the unique Aberdeenshire countryside and have fun at the same time.
When the clocks spring forward, the Bennachie Centre will change to summer opening hours. The centre will be open from 10.30am to 5pm, and is closed on a Monday.
