The annual tea dance in aid of Alzheimers Scotland proved a hit yet again this year.

The dance, which was held at Buchanaven Hearts Social Club in Peterhead, saw a host of local groups go along to enjoy a cuppa and a fine piece, dancing to the music of Bill Gray and Kevin and Andy Cheyne.

Attending this year were service users from Alzhemiers Scotland, Allandale, Willowabank, CPN and Kingscliff Daycare in Peterhead.

An organiser for the event told the Buchanie: “This is always an extremely popular event and we decided to continue with it purely down to the fact that people wanted it.

“As usual, we would like to thank Avril and Gary and the staff of Buchanhaven Hearts Social Club for their help and brilliant service.

“We’d also like to thank all those who came along and supported the event, making it as popular as it is.”
