Craigewan’s three were Fire and Ice, Starling and the Star Gazing. Fraserburgh’s one was A Great Catch .

Craigewan club chairman, Peter Lewis, was pleased
with the win as it sets the club up for the Grampian Eye regional competition next month.

He told the Buchanie: “It was great to see so many people at the club with more than 50 at the night between both clubs.

“Craigewan’s membership has swelled to a fantastic figure as more and more people join to learn this great hobby but also have a fantastic social night which is what we are all about. Anyone who wants to come along and see what we are all about is more than welcome.

“We meet on Tuesday nights at the Buchanhaven Heritage Centre from 7pm to 9pm.”
