Hundreds of Christmas shoe-boxes have been arriving at Stella's Voice UK charity headquarters in Peterhead from across the country.

The shoe-boxes will be palleted up along with food, clothing, toiletries and other supplies ready to be sent out to Moldova, Europe's poorest country.

Mark Morgan of Stella's Voice, told us: "We are so thankful to the ongoing support of people that care enough to want to make a difference in the lives of extremely poor and vulnerable, especially children and young people."

The support has come from as far afield as Banchory and beyond, Balmedie and south of Aberdeen, and the charity has thanked everyone for their help in yet another successful Christmas Shoe-box Appeal.
