Aberdeenshire Council has announced a further round of community engagement events involving local communities and businesses.
The series of events will consider Aberdeenshire as a single area and building pride in the places its residents live and work. Those attending the free sessions will have the opportunity to ask questions and make suggestions before a range of speakers.
The Buchan event will take place on Wednesday, September 11 at the Scottish Maritime Academy at the Peterhead Lido.
Aberdeenshire Council will announce details of further online sessions on its social media channels on Twitter (@aberdeenshire) and Facebook (Aberdeenshire).
Council leader Jim Gifford said: “Aberdeenshire Council is committed to building an ongoing dialogue with local communities and businesses and I look forward to hearing a range of views, questions and suggestions on the theme of building pride in Aberdeenshire as a place to live and work.”
Anyone unable to attend any of the events can put forward a question or suggestion by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by phoning 01224 665424 at least three days in advance of the next event.
