Scottish Labour has selected its candidate for Aberdeenshire East for the Holyrood elections on May 5.
Sarah Flavell will contest Aberdeenshire East.
Sarah has lived in Aberdeenshire since 2005 and is a resourceful and experienced representative and campaigner with considerable local experience.
Her experience with Gordon Rural Action means she is well equipped to help constituents with a wide range of issues, including Welfare, Benefits, Consumer, Employment and Housing.
Through her knowledge of the oil and gas industry, she understands the difficulties being experienced by people who have lost their jobs as a result of the present crisis and believes in the development of industries to use their skills.
Meanwhile, Sarah Duncan will contest the Aberdeenshire West seat.
