The Rotary Club of Peterhead recently hosted their annual old folks tea party in the Salvation Hall, Peterhead.

Guests this year came from Allandale House, CIC Arkdale, Frank Jack Court, Grange Park Home, Inverugie Court, Kirkburn Court, Peterhead OAP Club, Renouard Court, St Fergus, Strathbeg Sheltered Housing Crimond, Sunnybank Care Home Cruden Bay, Strawberrybank Sheltered Housing and The Riggs, Longside.

The Rotary club expressed sincere thanks to Major Bram Williams for the use of the hall and to the Salvation Army ladies who provided a beautiful afternoon tea.

Lively entertainment for the afternoon was provided by Bill and Moira.

The 2-SUM had everyone singing along and there were even a few dancers so everyone thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon.

Special thanks were given to the Asco Lifestyle Team, who helped to sponsor the event and to the gentleman who gave a donation on the day to club president Liz Oates.

Both donations were very much appreciated.
