The Fishermen’s Mission Fashion Show, recently held at the Waterside Inn Hotel, proved to be a great success.
The event, held on Wednesday, October 29, raised a total of £876 for the Peterhead Fishermen’s Mission.
Audience members were treated to a great display of fashion clothing from CatWalkers, Ellon.
The show included examples of the latest in ladies fashions, some of the timeless ladies classics and a small selection from their men’s hire range.
Alison Walker of CatWalkers and her team of dressers and models did an excellent job organising the show.
The event was organised by Nan Morgan and the Mission Ladies Support Group who do so much throughout the year, raising funds and supporting the Fishermen’s Mission.
The support of the Waterside Inn was much appreciated, as was the various donations for the raffle, including a beautiful flower arrangement from the Flower Shop in Peterhead.
The Fishermen’s Mission is the only fishermen’s charity that provides emergency support alongside practical, financial, spiritual and emotional care to active and retired fishermen and their families throughout the UK.
