A Peterhead man is celebrating after recently gaining a contract with Ballet Theatre UK.
Robert Noble (20) is currently touring with the Hinckley, Leicestershire based company in their production of Swan Lake.
The tour will see Robert and his fellow dancers perform at various venues until Sunday, December 21.
Once the Swan Lake tour is over, Robert will perform in A Christmas Carol in Brighton over the Christmas weekend before starring in Aladdin in the new year.
Robert gaining the contract is the culmination of years of dedication on his behalf from humble beginnings at Slessor School of Dance in Peterhead as a six-year-old, leading on to the Scottish Ballet Associate Scheme at both Junior and Senior levels, and the almost daily journey to Danscentre, Aberdeen throughout his secondary education.
This was followed by Robert successfully achieving a three year degree at Rambert School of Ballet and Contemporary Dance, and he also took part in the Professional Training Programme at Northern Ballet.
Robert would like to thank all of his family and teachers, as without their help and encouragement he would not be the dancer he is today.
Robert added that he is really looking forward to performing with Ballet Theatre UK in their various productions.
