From dressmaking to traditional home baking, North East Scotland College is offering a wide range of free taster sessions across the area to celebrate Adult Learners Week, which starts on Monday, May 19.
Places to experience free mini beauty and holistic treatments during the event can also be booked at a number of locations.
Kicking-off the week is a session in the Macduff Learning Centre on Monday, May 19, for those who want to learn their ‘¿cómo estás’ from their ‘fit like?’ with Spanish for Holidays.
It runs from 10.30am to 12.30pm.
The following day, a dress making taster will take place in Ellon from 10am to 12.30pm, while budding photographers are invited to take part in a morning session in Inverurie from 10am to 12.30pm.
Macduff Learning Centre and Fraserburgh Campus will offer free mini treatments the same day, including facials and manicures.
On Wednesday, May 21, an evening taster in digital photography will take place at the Scottish Maritime Academy in Peterhead from 6.30pm to 9pm.
Thursday then brings the busiest and final day of events, with digital photography on offer in Ellon from 1.30pm to 4pm and Macduff Learning Centre from 10am to 12.30pm , traditional home baking at the Aberdeen City Campus from 2pm to 4.30pm and a British Sign Language taster at Inverurie Learning Centre from 7pm to 9pm.
The Macduff Centre will also see free mini holistic treatments on offer and a manicure and pedicure taster will take place in Ellon.
All sessions are free and open to members of the public, but places are limited and booking is essential.
