So what better way to enjoy a Saturday afternoon than to come and visit the popular centre with family and friends, enjoy your tea or coffee and fine peece while getting the chance to speak to health professionals on a range of topics.
Alex Geddes, chair of the society, said “We are delighted that all the health professionals are keen to join us at the centre and support our ongoing development plan.
“This is only the start of our programme for the second part of 2014 and exciting times are still to be revealed.
“We have all age groups that visit our centre, so many can benefit from a chat with the health team that will be on hand on the day.
“Prevention is a critical part of anyone’s health regime, so what better chance can anyone have than visit the event on the day and catch so many professionals under the same roof.
“We will evaluate the event soon after to see the response from visitors and professionals and hope this is something that can built on in years to come.”
