A very brave Peterhead care home assistant has had his legs waxed to raise money for Grangepark.
Steven Watling came up with the idea after chatting to other members of staff and it became a reality on Tuesday afternoon.
As the waxing came to an end, a couple of Steven’s work colleagues and care home residents, Gina and Margaret, took a turn tearing a strip off.
At the time of the wax, over £250 had been raised.
Speaking afterwards about the experience, Steven said: “It was different, my legs are silky smooth but numb and I never want to do this again!”
