Two friends from Fetterangus will be cycling to every Scottish and Highland League Football ground starting on Sunday, September 14 in aid of Cardiac Risk In The Young (CRY).
Scott Cruickshank and Michael Bain are taking on the challenge in memory of Scott’s late cousin Gary Stewart, who passed away in December 2011 from an undiagnosed heart defect.
The cycle ride will cover over 1,300 miles across 14 days in which they will take in 60 different football grounds.
Scott is part of the Gary Stewart Memorial Committee, which was set up at the start of 2012 after Gary’s death, and to date they have held a number of fundraising events for CRY.
