Pupils at Burnhaven Primary School held a Scots Show at the Zion Tabernacle last month.

Over 150 people attended the show, held on Thursday, February 23.

Entertainment on the night was provided by school pupils, special guest Hannah Brown who played the bagpipes, and the school’s new choir and music teacher Mr Mack.

The show was packed with outstanding performances from the Burnhaven Choir, Scots Poetry, Highland Dancing, the Two Scots Jokers and others.

Burnhaven School head teacher, Mrs Mellin, would like to thank all who went along to the Scots Night and she hopes that everyone enjoyed it as much as she did.

She extends special thanks to Fundraising Chairperson Susan Gladstone and her team of PTA Ladies for all their hard work and attention to detail.

Mrs Mellin would also like to say a huge thank you to Dougie Craighead for making tasty stovies and also to everybody who donated shortbread, tablet and raffles.
