Norman will be well known to many customers, particulary in the Boddom and Mintlaw areas where he has spent many years delivering mail. He was presented with an engraved decanter set and various other gifts by delivery office manager Garry Saunders, who said: “Norman is a well liked and respected member of the team and it was a pleasure and an honour to have worked with him.”

Alan Young, Norman’s line manager added: “I’ve enjoyed my time working with Norman and he will be really missed.”
