Structural engineers have been drafted in to investigate why a glass roof collapsed at a Peterhead supermarket.
Two large pieces of glass fell from the roof into the outside entranceway of the town’s Morrisons store on Tuesday September 17.
Although nobody was injured, staff quickly cordoned off the area.
A Morrisons spokesperson said: “The safety of customers and colleagues is paramount to us. Structural engineers will be inspecting the area to identify the cause of the failure.
“The pane has now been replaced and the entrance re-opened.”
