Popular Peterhead recycling enterprise 2ReUse is popping up in the Buchanhaven area this Christmas with a special festive shop.

Supported by a team of both employees and volunteers, 2ReUse will operate the pop-up outlet from Skelton Street offering everything from toys, books and games to clothing, bric-a-brac and furniture.

It’s a popular return to the area for manager Brenda Campbell who tested the market last year at an outlet in Ware Road.

She told the Buchanie: “The response we had from the public when we operated in Buchanhaven for a spell last year was very positive and it’s great to be back hosting a pop-up shop for Christmas.

“I would encourage everyone to pop in and see the wonderful array of goods we have on sale. We must say a big thank-you to Speedy general manager Colin Mill for his help in getting us started.”

The Buchanhaven venture is the third 2ReUse outlet in Peterhead alongside its now familiar ‘home’ up at Berryden Road and The Trading Post on the town’s Marischal Street.
