All Buchan Xpress services are suspended due to flooding and road conditions, and are operating a ‘skeleton’ timetable for other services, disrupting travel between Fraserburgh, Peterhead and Aberdeen.

All service 63s will be operating as service 60 due to flooding in Newburgh;

All service 67s will be operating as service 68 due to flooding at New Leeds and Cortes.

All Buchan Xpress services are suspended due to flooding and road conditions, and are operating a ‘skeleton’ timetable for other services, disrupting travel between Fraserburgh, Peterhead and Aberdeen.

Sections of the A90 are seeing flooding, with Boddam said to be particularly bad, leading the company to cancel the busses.

Spokesperson for Stagecoach, Kim Masson, said: “All Buchan Xpress services have been suspended due to road conditions and flooding. Services: 67, 68, X67, X68, 60, 61, 63, X60, X61 have all been withdrawn until further notice with the exception of the service 68 and 60 journeys.

“We will be operating an hourly service 68 From Aberdeen to Mintlaw - journeys departing Aberdeen at the following times - 1205, 1305, 1405 and 1505 confirmed. Services returning to Aberdeen from Mintlaw at 1328, 1428 and 1528 also confirmed. These services may be subject to delays owing to current conditions. Another assessment will be made this afternoon for services to run after this time.

“An hourly service 60 will begin to operate from Aberdeen at 1250 to Ellon P&R, returning to Aberdeen at 1335. This service will also be subject to delays owing to current conditions. Another assessment will be made this afternoon for services to run after this time.”
