Appeal following theft from vehicle

Officers in Peterhead are appedaling for information following a theft from a vehicle parked in the town.

Sometime between 4pm on Sunday, June 5 and 5.30pm on Monday, June 6 a van parked on Hanover Street was broken into and an electrical item and a two-figure sum of cash was stolen from within.

PC McIntyre of the Peterhead Community Policing Team said: “If anyone recalls seeing anything suspicious on Hanover street during this time period I would be keen to speak to them.”
