This year's popular afternoon cream tea was held at Peterhead's Palace Hotel on Thursday.

Dozens of guests enjoyed the afternoon of dancing at the hotel as part of this year's Scottish Week.

The dance is held three times a year to raise funds for the League of Friends.

The money raised goes towards the Ugie Hospital, the Summers Ward, the Health Centre and Casualty.

Music at the event was provided by Charlie Esson.

Commenting, chairman of the League, Joan Davidson, said: "This has been going on now for a number of years and hopefully everyone enjoyed themselves."
