Trolley good show for Elaine at Asda

A PETERHEAD mum scooped a trolley-load of goodies at the town’s Asda store on Friday after winning a competition to take part in a trolley dash.

Elaine Stephen of Matthew Drive was given a countdown to the two-minute dash and she wasted no time in filling her trolley with a selection of food, tea and coffee and juice and crisps.

When the whistle blew for time-up, Elaine headed to the checkout with her laden trolley where staff helped her pack the bags.

The total booty came to £152 and a delighted Elaine said she was chuffed with her two minutes of shopping!
