Buchan Meadows woodland events
AFTER the success of last year’s school visits and families day, Peterhead Projects will be supporting this year’s Buchan Feeling Good Festival by running a series of events at Buchan Meadows Community Woodland.
The first event, ‘Tea in the Trees’ will take place on March 13 from 11am to 3pm.
Mothers and toddlers or adults may enjoy a walk around the woodland and have a cup of tea by the fire. You can also plant a few trees and try out the wildlife safari or orienteering.
A family day will be held the same day - at the same time, with many activities planned.
Dry stone walling courses will run from March 14-15 and 16-17 from 9am til 4pm, with the second course open to members of the public.
