THE following planning applications have been submitted to Aberdeenshire Council for consideration:
Erection of house and garage at Muiryfold, Longhaven, for Mr George Taylor, 63 King Street, Peterhead.
Erection of poultry shed for operating a free range laying hen enterprise at Home Farm,. Nether Kinmundy, Peterhead, for Buchan Agricultural Consu
ltants Ltd, Fridayhill, Maud.
Erection of replacememt house at South Redbog, Nether Kinmundy, for Caledonia Homes Ltd, Caledonia House, Castle Road Industrial Estate, Ellon.
Alterations and extension to house at West Ballearn, Kininmonth, for Mr George Taylor, King Street, Peterhead.
Alteration and extension to house at Solitaire of Blackhills, Lonmay, for Mr Ian G. Watt, 2 Dundas Road, Inverallochy.
Erection of single storey extension to form new bedroom and shower room at 3 Wiseman Terrace, Kirktown, St. Fergus, for Aberdeenshire Council Property Service, 51 Low Street, Banff.
Meanwhile, building warrant applications lodged were:
Alteration and extension to form seven apartment house at Milton of Gaval, Fetterangus.
Alteration and conversion to form two first floor bedrooms and shower room at 27 Scotstown Road, Peterhead.
Alteration and extension of existing study at Sunnybrae, Burnett Street, Stuartfield.
Provision of sun room to plot 34 and ensuite and layout changes to plot 35 at whole site, Richmond Farm development, Kinmundy Road, Peterhead.
